青岛宏景房地产开发有限公司是青岛保税区宏轮工贸（集团）有限公司下属全资子公司，其地产项目位于青岛莱西市规划区内，属沽河街道办事处，西邻32米宽的城市干道——长广路东，距莱西新市政府约9公里。总占地1636.65亩，其中建设用地736.65亩，位于地块中心位置，中间有相对高度36米、长800米、宽600米的长青山，北面400亩的景观控制用地，南面有500亩的农业景观控制用地。

建设用地西北区域136.65亩用于高档温泉度假村、精装酒店式公寓开发，开发面积约11万平方米，包括温泉洗浴中心、餐饮娱乐中心等多种形式的消费组团，其中有20栋小户型单体酒店式别墅；600亩做高档别墅社区，开发面积约为25万平方米，总户数共1100套，美国南加州风格，简约欧式，暖色、明快；其余900亩景观控制用地做大地景观、大型湖景、农业体验观光园、农业实验基地等。目前项目处于总规阶段。预计温泉度假村08年9月1日试营业，10月1日正式营业；一期别墅开发120栋，09年4月1日开盘。

Qingdao Hongjing Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Qingdao Free Trade Zone Hongtyre Industrial and Commercial Co.,Ltd., the proposed project of real estate, located in the ditrict of urban planning of Laixi City, Qingdao, is governed under Guhe Sub-district Office, and it is only 9 kilometers away from City of Laixi Town Hall, Changguang East Road, i.e. urban arterial road of 32-meter width, lies to the west. The total area of the project is 1636.65mu (109.11ha.), among which, the area of land for urban construction is 736.65mu(49.11ha), lies in the center of project land, there is a hill named Changqing Hill, with relative height of 36metres, length of 80metres and width of 600metres. The area of land for landscape planning is 400Mu(26.67ha.), which lies in the north, and the area of land for agriculture landcape planning is 500Mu(33.33ha.), which lies in the south.
There is area of 136.65Mu(9.11ha.) in the northwest of land for urban construction, which shall be planned to develop top-notch hot spring resort, and hotel apartments with fine decoration, the overall development area will be designed at 110,000 square metres, which contains various facilities such as hot-spring bath center, food and entertainment center, among which there are 20 hotel detache house. The rest of 600Mu(40ha.) of land for urban construction will be built for high-class townhouse, the floor area of development will be 250,000square metres, and total number of households will be 1,100units, with style of South California, simple, warm color and clear. The total area of 900Mu(60ha.) of land for landscape planning will be developed for land scape, lake view, agriculture-oriented sightseeing park, agricultural experimental base and so on. Now the whole project is under master planning, the hot spring resort plans to begin trial operation on Spe.01,2008, and will officially open on October 01, 2008, the first phrase project of townhouse will be developed to 120 units, and will open on April 01,2009.
